1. This is a digital product. The PDF will be sent to your email within minutes once you purchase it on our website. You can also download it on our website at end of checkout process. If you have a discount code, use it during checkout. The link to the Google Sheet version is included on page 4 of the PDF.

 

2. Once you purchase it from our website, we recommend downloading the Adobe Acrobat Reader App for free in your online mobile store (Google Play or Apple Store) or install it on your computer via this link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

 

3. Launch the App and create an account if you don't have one

 

4. Go to your email to download the file that we sent you. You should have received this within 5 minutes of making your purchase on our website. Download the file to your device of choice.

 

5. On the bottom menu bar of Adobe Reader App, select Files

 

6. Locate the file on your phone, tablet, or computer and select it

7. You can now scroll through and read the PDF. You can then choose to fill it in digitally on your computer / tablet / phone or print it out and write in your travel details. See directions in sections below for using it digitally or printing it.

First, follow the instructions under "How To Download It" in the above section. This interactive PDF allows you to fill in the details in the text boxes and check off items off the checklists if you would like to use it digitally. Go to the Adobe homepage and click the three dots to duplicate the file if you need more pages. Enter in your travel details and come back to it anytime to update details in your Adobe Reader App.

 

If you want to print the PDF, print the file at home or through a local print store. If you are printing at home, choose 'Fit to Page' in the Page Sizing & Handling Section. The blue text boxes won't print. The colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual printed file. You can print the file multiple times or select certain pages to print again if you need more pages. Then, write in your travel details with pencil or pen as desired.

STEP 1:

Open the email you received and click on the PDF. On page 4, you will find the link to open the Google Sheet.

 

STEP 2: 

It is view-only so you need to make a copy to edit it. Click on "File" > "Make a copy".

 

STEP 3: 

Save the document in your own Google Drive. Once you click the button "make a copy", you can start editing.
