Do you offer returns?
We believe in our products. That's why we offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery. Don't like it? Send it back! Just contact us at and we'll get it sorted out. All we ask is that you cover the cost of shipping back to us.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, receive damaged items, or return the product to us within 14 days of delivery. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your item within 14 days (see return policy above). Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
What happens if my product was damaged upon arrival?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What shipping options do you offer?
We only offer one type of shipping, and that's FREE shipping. After a production time of 2-7 business days, your printed t-shirt will be carefully packed and shipped. Printing from BOTH USA and EUROPE. After printing, the t-shirt will be received within 2-8 business days if shipping to Europe or North America. Expect 10-20 business days if shipping to other continents.
How do I track my order?
Our free shipping includes a tracking link which you will receive via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How are your products made?
We create all the designs ourselves and then work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations in both Europe and the USA, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do you implement CSR and sustainability practices?
We source our entire line and fabrics from ethical brands and suppliers that comply with labor, environmental, and safety standards. Our partners have all implemented CSR initiatives, like LED lighting and recycling programs for plastic, glass, and paper. All ink waste is disposed of to meet environmental regulations. Damaged products are donated to charitable organizations. We prefer eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Our line of unisex t-shirts is made of eco-friendly fabrics.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Package theft is on the rise— if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How secure is your online ordering system?
We use Wix Stores for our checkout system. The whole checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. TLS is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers. Additionally, Wix Stores only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1). All of this means that it is safe for you to purchase from our Wix site. Your data is secure and protected.
How do payments work on your store?
We accept all major debit or credit cards as well as PayPal upon checkout. Just click the little shopping cart icon to see what you currently have in your cart and checkout when you are ready. Our online checkout is fully supported by the latest payment security technology.
What currency do you charge in?
Since our company is based in the United States, we charge in US Dollars (USD)
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
We do have warehouses in both Europe and the USA, which ensures customs fees do not apply in the majority of cases when shipping to these regions.
